The way you breathe influences how much oxygen is released from your lungs to the blood, and subsequently to tissues and cells. This also influences blood circulation, affecting the opening and closing of blood vessels in the circulatory system that supply organs with oxygen.
In this workshop Stuart Sandeman share the techniques and system he uses with Olympic athletes to optimise breathing during training, rest and recovery. Stuart will explain how to integrate hypercapnic, hypoxic breathwork to your training regime to increase EPO, Red blood cell mass, reduce breathlessness and maximise your sports performance.
